podklb has made a fantastic post about giving feedback on podfic here @ amplificathon

Podficcing is one of the few facets of fandom creativity that receives very little feedback from listeners, partly because of the nature of the medium and the time delays between downloading and listening, but also perhaps because listeners aren't really sure of what to say. The above post gives some great ideas for the kinds of things one can comment on, and some warming examples of feedback that's already out there.
